The first empirical study by R. Baah et al. explores the novel topic of wisdom among corporate managers and its relation to pro-social intentions, employing social practice wisdom theory. The study contributes to the managerial decision-making literature by identifying major pathways of channeling wisdom into the pro-social intentions of managers. Finally, M. Schönberger’s paper delves into the topical theme of artificial intelligence use among small and medium-sized enterprises in Germany. This contribution advances AI research in entrepreneurship by identifying key applications and benefits, and it lays a theoretical foundation for further empirical studies among SMEs planning to implement AI solutions in day-to-day operations. Notably, all papers underwent a rigorous double-blind peer review process, and the Journal of Business Management holds indexation in esteemed international scientific databases, including COPERNICUS, EBSCO, and ERIH+.
